I’m Chirag Singal! A teacher, programmer, researcher and boardgame enthusiast.
For nearly a decade and a half, my journey has taken me through variety of paths. Be it education, from guiding young athletes as a junior football coach to illuminating the complexities of computer programming. Each step—be it crafting sports curriculums, exploring the depths of education and pedagogy, leading teacher training seminars, even a fitness coach, or delving into research—has been a step towards understanding and shaping how we learn.
My philosophy of education is deeply rooted in the belief that interaction and tailored solutions are key to unlocking individual potential. I think I borrow this from my father, who after working an exhausting shift in a bank from 8am to 8pm, still dedicated his evenings to tutoring underprivileged teens, ensuring they had a fighting chance at higher education
I stand firmly on the principle that learning should be a universal right, unbounded by socio-economic barriers. Now, as a programmer, I find joy in the elegance of code, in the endless quest for knowledge, and in democratizing learning through technology. To me, computers are not just tools but gateways to new worlds of possibility, enabling us to reach and teach more effectively than ever before.
and what about boardgames? well let us meeple-up for that!
